About Ayozan

Every celebration deserves to feel personal

Ayozan is a multilingual, per-guest invitation platform built for the way India actually celebrates — across languages, faiths, regions, and generations.

Why Ayozan?

We named it Ayozan— आयोजन — because in Hindi and Sanskrit, it means the art of bringing people together. That's what every invitation does. It's the first moment a celebration becomes real — the moment family and friends know they're included.

India is home to 22 officially scheduled languages, hundreds of dialects, and the richest calendar of celebrations on Earth — yet most digital invitation tools force every family into the same English-only, one-size-fits-all template.

We started Ayozan because we believed something better was possible: invitations that speak the guest's language, honour the host's tradition, and look as beautiful as the celebration they're announcing.

What we do

30+ languages

Create invitations in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Urdu, Gujarati, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia — and many more — with real-time transliteration so every guest reads in their own script.

Per-guest personalization

Upload a guest list and Ayozan renders a unique card for each person — their name, their language, their salutation — in seconds.

Every tradition

Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Jain, Buddhist, Zoroastrian, Interfaith, Tribal, and secular — our design catalog reflects the full diversity of Indian celebrations.

Multiple formats

Export as a shareable image, high-res PDF, animated video, or WhatsApp-ready link. One design, every output your guests need.

Every invitation also comes with a website and RSVP tracking: for a wedding, the schedule for every function, travel and stay, and each family’s reply. See the wedding website.

Our values

Language is identity.

An invitation in a guest's mother tongue is an act of respect — not a nice-to-have.

Culture is not a filter.

Traditions aren't decorative themes to be picked from a dropdown; they shape the structure, the wording, and the etiquette of every card.

Free to start, fair to scale.

Every family deserves a beautiful invitation regardless of budget. Free to design, preview and send through 31 December 2026 (India time).

Privacy first.

Guest names and contact details are used only to render your invitations and are never sold or shared.

Who we are

Ayozan started as a personal frustration. Planning celebrations for a family spread across India and the US, founder Kshama Pandey kept running into the same problem: no invitation tool understood that family in Ghaziabad needed Hindi, relatives in Prayagraj preferred Awadhi, extended family in Gorakhpur preferred Bhojpuri, a friend in Chennai wanted Tamil, and college friends expected English — all for the same event. So she built one.

Ayozan combines that cultural understanding — the kind that comes from growing up celebrating across India's traditions — with serious engineering. Advising on the AI and data side is Ashutosh Pandey, a data engineer and AI specialist who has spent nearly two decades building large-scale systems at companies like Comcast, Meta, and NetApp — from real-time video recommendation engines to AI transliteration models. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech.

We are bootstrapped and building in public. If your language, tradition, or format is missing, tell us — it's probably already on our list.
