Terms of Service

Welcome to Ayozan. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ayozan website at ayozan.com and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts

  • You may browse designs and use limited features as a guest. Creating an account unlocks full functionality.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service to:

  • Browse, customize, and share invitation and greeting card designs.
  • Upload guest lists for per-guest personalization.
  • Export designs as images, PDFs, videos, or shareable links.
  • Purchase premium features or credits.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to distribute harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or design assets of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute designs or templates obtained through the Service, except as part of a final personalized invitation shared with your guests.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

4. Your content

  • You retain ownership of any text, images, guest lists, or other content you upload (“Your Content”).
  • By uploading Your Content, you grant Ayozan a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, render, and deliver it as part of the Service.
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • We do not monitor or pre-screen Your Content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Ayozan design assets

Design templates, illustrations, fonts, and other creative assets provided through the Service are owned by Ayozan or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them solely within the context of creating and sharing invitations through the Service. You may not extract, redistribute, or use these assets outside the Service.

6. Payments & refunds

  • Free features are available at no cost. Premium features require payment as displayed at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay / Stripe). By making a purchase you also agree to their terms.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the paid feature. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Availability & modifications

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ayozan and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ayozan in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayozan and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
