Wedding RSVP, function by function.
Every family tells you who’s coming to the haldi, the sangeet, the wedding and the reception — and what they’ll eat. You see the headcounts as replies arrive, and send the caterer one line on WhatsApp.

One reply per family. One answer per function.
An Indian wedding is five invitations in one. Your RSVP asks about each function, so every count you plan with is its own.
A reply for each function
Haldi, mehendi, sangeet, the wedding, the reception — every family answers each one separately: Yes, Maybe or No, and how many people.
- Yes · Maybe · No
- How many people
Every family, as themselves
On a personal invitation, the reply sits right after the card. On your website or a group link, each family says who they are and replies as themselves — nobody overwrites anybody.

Meals, when you ask
Turn on meal choices and each family picks meals for every function they’re coming to — never more meals than people — with a note for the kitchen.

A reply-by date
Set a date to reply by. It shows on your website and on the reply form, and a family that answers late is still counted.

Plans change
A family can come back and change their reply later from the same phone or browser, and your headcounts follow.

Three steps. No spreadsheet to keep.
Set up the functions once. The replies, the counts and the caterer’s numbers keep themselves up to date.
Set up the functions
Start with your wedding website. Add each function with its date and venue, choose a reply-by date, and turn on meal choices if you want them — the usual ones or your own.
Want an invitation too? Browse designsShare it where your guests are
Send personal invitations, share your website, or post one group link in the family WhatsApp group. Whichever way they arrive, every family replies as themselves.
Follow the headcounts
Replies from every link add up, function by function. Tap a number to see who, send the caterer a summary, and remind the families who haven’t answered yet.

Headcounts per function
Invited families and people, coming, maybe, not coming and no reply — for each function. Tap a number to see who.
Meals, for the caterer
Meals per function, with unanswered ones kept separate. “Send to caterer” writes the one-line summary for WhatsApp.
A spreadsheet that opens in Excel
Each family, their side, how they joined, and per function their reply, people, meals, message, dietary note and stay. Phone numbers only if you tick them.
Gentle reminders
Follow up on WhatsApp with everyone still to reply, one after another. You send each message yourself.

Your RSVP lives on your wedding website.
The reply sits next to everything else a family needs: the schedule, each venue and dress code, travel and stay. They check where the sangeet is and answer in the same place — and the guests you invite personally reply right after their card.

Wedding RSVP: your questions answered.
Can guests change their reply?
Yes. A family can come back and change their reply later from the same phone or browser they replied on — say, from Maybe to Yes for the sangeet, or one more person for the reception. Your headcounts follow.
Does each family reply for each function separately?
Yes. For each function they are invited to — haldi, mehendi, sangeet, the wedding, the reception — a family answers Yes, Maybe or No, and says how many people are coming.
What if many families reply through the same link?
On your wedding website or a group link shared in a WhatsApp group, each family says who they are and replies as themselves, so one family’s answer never overwrites another’s. On a personal invitation, the reply sits right after the card.
Can I ask guests about meals?
Yes, when you turn meal choices on: Veg, Non-veg, Jain, Vegan, Eggetarian, No onion-garlic, or options of your own. Families choose meals for each function they are coming to, never more meals than people, and can add a note for the kitchen. You see the meals per function, with unanswered ones kept separate, and can send the caterer a one-line summary on WhatsApp.
What happens after the reply-by date?
The date shows on your website and on the reply form, as a gentle nudge. A family that answers after it is still accepted and counted.
How do I remind families who haven’t replied?
Follow up on WhatsApp with everyone still to reply, one family after another — you send each message yourself, so it comes from you. Families who replied through your website can get a reminder with your website’s link.
How much does it cost?
Your website and RSVP tracking are included with your event. Sending personal invitations is free right now; from 1 January 2027 your first ten guests on Ayozan are free, then one pass covers the whole event, priced by guests and card pages.
Know who’s coming. To every function.
