A wedding guest list the whole family can add to.
Add families one by one, from your contacts or from a spreadsheet, each with their size and side. Send Mum a link to add the families she wants invited — you approve every one.

Every family, in one place.
An Indian wedding list is built by the whole family. Ayozan keeps it in one place, with you deciding who’s on it.
Family by family
Add guests one by one, choose them from your contacts, or import a spreadsheet — you see every row before anything is added. Each family has its size, so the counts are in people.
- One by one
- From contacts
- From a spreadsheet
Bride’s side, groom’s side
Give every family a side — Bride’s side, Groom’s side, Friends, or your own words — and filter the list by side when you need just one.
- Bride’s side
- Groom’s side
- Friends
- Your own
A link for your parents
Make a link — call it “Mum’s list” — for parents or in-laws. They add the families they want invited without signing in, and never see your guest list. You approve each family.
- No sign-in
- You approve
- Up to five at a time
Everyone’s stay
Give families their hotel and room — one stay for many families at once. Each family sees only their own stay, on their invitation.

Help from co-hosts
Your partner, a sibling, the cousin who loves a spreadsheet: co-hosts can help you manage the guest list.

- One shared list
Mum’s list, without the phone calls.
Parents know who must be invited. Let them add those families themselves — you still decide.
Make a link for Mum
Name it — “Mum’s list”, “Sharma side” — and choose a side if you like. Send it to her on WhatsApp. Up to five links can be open at a time.
She adds the families
For each family: the name, a WhatsApp number, how many people, the side and a note for you. No sign-in, and she sees only the families she added.
You approve each one
Families wait for you. A number that’s already on your list is flagged. Add them one by one or all together, and turn the link off whenever you like.

Wedding guest lists: your questions answered.
Can my parents add guests without an account?
Yes. Make a parents’ link — “Mum’s list”, say — and send it to them on WhatsApp. They add each family’s name, WhatsApp number, family size, side and a note, without signing in. They never see your guest list, and every family they add waits for you to approve it.
What if they add a family that’s already on my list?
If the number is already on your guest list, the family is flagged while it waits for you, so you can leave it out instead of inviting the same family twice.
Can I turn a parents’ link off?
Yes, any time — families already added stay on your list. You can have up to five links open at a time, say one for each set of parents, and each shows how many families are waiting and how many you’ve added.
Can I import my guest list?
Yes. Add guests one by one, choose them from your contacts, or import a spreadsheet. Give each family its size and a side — Bride’s side, Groom’s side, Friends or your own — and filter the list by side.
How do hotel stays work?
Give families their hotel and room, one stay for many families at once. Each family sees only their own stay, on their invitation — never anyone else’s.
Can someone help me manage the list?
Yes. Add co-hosts — your partner, a sibling, a parent — and they can help manage the guest list with you.
How much does it cost?
Your website and RSVP tracking are included with your event. Sending personal invitations is free right now; from 1 January 2027 your first ten guests on Ayozan are free, then one pass covers the whole event, priced by guests and card pages.
One guest list. The whole family’s help.
