What should a nikah card say?
A nikah card opens with the Bismillah, names both families and the couple, and gives the date, time, and venue of the rasm-e-nikah — with the walima listed separately if it follows on another day. A common line is "رسمِ نکاح میں شرکت کی دعوت ہے۔" Start from ready wordings in Ayozan or write your own; each guest's copy is personalized.
Is the nikah invitation different from the walima invitation?
Traditionally yes — the nikah card comes from the bride's side for the ceremony itself, and the walima card from the groom's side for the reception after. On Ayozan one suite covers both (plus mangni and mehndi), each with its own date, time, and venue, sharing a single guest list.
Will the Urdu render correctly in Nastaliq style?
Yes — Urdu text renders in proper Nastaliq, and guests' names typed in English are transliterated automatically (فاروق صاحب). You can also paste Urdu text directly, and mix Urdu, Hindi, and English across guests.
How much does a nikah card cost?
